The lead developer of SHIB, identified by the moniker Shytoshi Kusama on social media platforms and who recently introduced himself at a crucial Web3 conference in Kyoto, has announced his next place of public presence on Twitter.
The SHIB community awakens as Shytoshi Kusama causes a splash
This recent visit has created much excitement among the SHIB community, as Kusama has appeared in Japan recently, filling X social media (previously, Twitter) with photos and videos of his presence at the SHIB booth during IVS 2024 in Kyoto.
Shytoshi came with two bodyguards and a local translator to help in interpretation with Japanese clients. He wore black clothing and was masked with two masks and a hood so as not to be easily identified. Moreover, he wore gloves, and from a video found on X, he was seen to be carrying a katana behind his back.
What Kusama is Planning To Do After Leaving Japan
Today, in a tweet, Shytoshi said that he appreciated IVS 2024 and the SHIB community present at the occasion in Kyoto and disclosed that his next stop is Mumbai.
He did not state any specific plans for a ‘meet and greet’ there, but the community looks forward to such instances, and they invited Shytoshi to other cities such as Dubai, California, and Delhi, among others.
SHIB Price Makes Its Comeback with 19% Increase
The second most popular meme coin, Shiba Inu, has experienced an uptick within the last day and is now up by more than 19%. Its price has gone up from $0.00001297 to $0.00001546.
The price of Shiba Inu followed the same trend as Bitcoin, which increased by 4.73% from just under $54,000 to approximately $56,590 – its current trading range. The rise of Bitcoin came after a higher non-farm payroll number than expected was released.
